This well-conditioned course is located north of Seward on gently rolling hills.
The layout has a tame start with two benign par 5's and a par 3. The fun begins after the opening trio with tough par 4's and a long par 3.
The four par 4's average 426 yards in length. The fourth is a particularly challenging hole and has been a World Herald Hall of Fame par 4. You hit downhill to a narrow fairway with a pond covering the right half of the fairway at 240 yards out. Out-of-bounds lines the entire left side of the fairway.
The 196 yard par 3, fifth is similar. It has trees and out-of-bounds left and a pond to the right of the green.
The eighth and ninth are mean finishing holes, demanding length and accuracy.
Seward is a fun place to play.

Directions from I-80: Take I-80 to Exit 373 (Seward). Go north 7 miles on Hwy 15 through Seward to N. 8th St. Turn left and go about 1 block to the entrance on your right.
