Johnny Goodman is one of Omaha's eight city courses.
Surrounded by apartment complexes, the course features broad fairways and large greens.
You must play up and down some hills but there aren't many difficult lies.
A unique feature to Johnny Goodman is that water comes into play on all four par 3's and not on any other holes. On each par 3, a pond lies between you and the green, adding to the scenery and your anxiety.
A large part of Johnny Goodman's challenge is the four par 5's that average 516 yards.
The layout plays shorter than its true distance if you can cut the doglegs.

Directions from I-80: Take I-80 to Exit 445 ('L' Street). Go east 1.3 miles to 96th St. Turn right and go .5 miles to 'Q' St. Turn right and go .3 miles to the first stop light. Turn left on 99th St. and go .6 miles to the entrance on your left.
