Every aspect of Galaway Creek is in excellent condition.
The layout is scenic and fairly short. It is a great course for anyone just starting out. Raised tee boxes and built-up greens are separated by lush bluegrass fairways. Aspects of the course demand good decision making ability.
A creek lies in the bottom of a shallow valley that runs diagonally across the course. The creek widens into a small pond and comes into play on the 2nd hole where you must decide whether to lay up or hit over it.
A variety of trees are scattered about, most notably Lombardy trees which serve to block the wind on some of the tees.
A visit to Henderson's Galaway Creek is a treat you'll enjoy.

Directions from I-80: Take I-80 to Exit 342 (Henderson). Go south 2.9 miles on Hwy 93a to Birch St. in Henderson. Turn right and go .75 miles to 15th St. Turn left and go 3 blocks to the entrance.
