This level layout winds its way around a densely tree-lined creek.

The fairways are wide and are made up of a mixture of grasses. The rough is groomed but native. The greens are small, unprotected and they putt true.

The 5th is the most challenging hole. You tee off from a hillside down to a fairway lined by the creek to the right. You must avoid two trees that sit in the middle of the fairway and you must hit an accurate approach to a small green that is sandwiched between the creek and a tree-filled ditch.

Directions from I-80: Take I-80 to Exit 279 (Minden). Go south about 41 miles to "M" St. in Franklin (at the stoplight). Turn right and go .7 miles to an unmarked gravel road. Turn left and go .15 miles to the entrance.
