One of the finest courses in the Midwest.
This Frank Hummel layout is as picturesque as it is challenging. The main portion of the course lies south of the Loup River dike and is carved from a dense population of towering cottonwood trees. The north portion is Scottish links style with few younger, but growing trees.
The rye grass fairways are generously wide, with flat to gently rolling contours where challenges such as thick cottonwoods, bunkers and ponds loom for those who are off line.
Five tee placements make the course playable for all levels.

Directions from Lincoln: Take I-80 to Exit 353 (York). Go north on Hwy 81 53.4 miles to 8th St. Turn east on 8th St. and go 2 miles to 3rd Ave. Turn right on 3rd Ave. and go .8 miles to the clubhouse.
Directions from Omaha: Take Hwy 92 West to Hwy 81 North to 8th Street - continue as above.
