Bassett Country Club is a fun course with a relaxed atmosphere.
It has wide level fairways with a few bumps and rolls. Trees are interspersed along the sides of all of the fairways. The well conditioned greens are unguarded but small.
Take a look at the long list of hole-in-one shooters dating back to 1960 that's posted on a wall in the clubhouse.
The course has instituted an "adopt a hole" program. Couples may adopt a hole and do something to beautify it.

Directions from I-80: Take I-80 to Exit 257 (Elm Creek). Go north 134 miles on Hwy 183 to Hwy 20 in Bassett. Turn left on Hwy 20 and go 2.1 miles to the entrance on your left.
